Eligibility Criteria for KAUST Scholarship

Academic Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree for Master’s applicants.
• A Master’s degree for PhD applicants.

English Language Proficiency

• TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 79
• IELTS: Minimum overall band 6.5
• PTE Academic: 62
• Cambridge Advanced (CAE): 176

(Applicants from English-speaking countries or those with degrees from accredited institutions in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, or New Zealand are exempt.)
