Eligibility Criteria for KAUST Scholarship

- A Bachelor’s degree for Master’s applicants.
- A Master’s degree for PhD applicants.
English Language Proficiency
- TOEFL iBT: Minimum score of 79
- IELTS: Minimum overall band 6.5
- PTE Academic: 62
- Cambridge Advanced (CAE): 176
(Applicants from English-speaking countries or those with degrees from accredited institutions in the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Ireland, or New Zealand are exempt.)
